About Me

Hmmm a little bit about me...Well I'm a simple T-shirt and jeans kinna girl; I love surprises, spontaneity and daisies. I like kisses on the forehead and think the little things in life are the most important. I'm pretty outgoing, loud at times and always up for somethin new. I was born in Nebraska (GO HUSKERS!), but grew up in a small town in CO, went back to NE for school, and ended up in Denver after I graduated in 05. I love to write so I got a degree in journalism, and I love to talk even more so that seemed to fit:) Now that I'm outta school, I should have everything figured out, and at times I think I do. But for the most part, I'm still just tryin to find my way. I've learned so much about life, love and myself over the past few years, and I don't know what I would do without my friends and family. There's a lot I wanna do in life and I know one way or another I'll get there. Just wanna enjoy it and end up happy!

I love basketball, softball, volleyball, naps, trying to ski, learning to snowboard, riding horses, my beautiful family, running, taking pictures...anyone that knows me knows I carry a camera with me wherever I go, playin in the rain, Church with Abbey, and now exploring my faith at my new church here...I absolutely love it, Girl Scout cookies, crossing something off my "to-do" list, daisies, pizza, being barefoot, watching it snow...just snow in general, cereal for every meal, laughing, Alicia Anne, cleaning (weird I know, but a clean house gives me a sense of accomplishment), mario kart, sleeping in, flip flops, Opening Day, the ocean, writing, toe rings, roller-coasters, best friends, New York, camping, Nuggets games, capture the flag, "bleep bleep bleep," three squeezes, singing, running through sprinklers at 2 in the a.m., Nashville, traveling, the BRONCOS!, Matt Holliday, trips to TCBY, eating cookie dough by the roll, countdowns to shots, shadow puppets, chocolate icecream with lots and lots of toppings...actually just chocolate period, olive juice :), Applebuddies, watching someone open Christmas presents, being in love, growing up, little kids, playing poker with my Gram, Papa John's and the Spaghetti Shop, our family's patented Easter Egg hunts at the ranch, dinner at Dad's, midnight on New Year's Eve, memories, my mom's enchiladas, foot massages, dancing in the living room to "My Maria," la losers, bike rides, horse races, pink, pillow talks, country swing dancing, lookin at the stars, the smell of the barn, getting mail...real mail, peaches and oreos...together!, fireworks, summertime, my Grandpa, Oli Bean, the radio vs. CDs, my girls, Rockies Baseball, being at the ballpark, bbq-ing, Saved By the Bell reruns, the city lights, a new found addiction to Cold Stone, my little sister...

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who wants to meet me :) Good Advice: Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, who calls back when you hang up on him, who will stay awake just to watch you sleep. Wait for the guy who kisses your forehead, who wants to show you off when you’re in your sweats, who holds your hand in front of his friends and stands up for you. Wait for the one who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you, the guy who realizes how lucky he is to have you. Wait for the one who turns to his friends and says, “That’s Her,” the guy that notices the little things and sends flowers just because, the one that makes you laugh ‘till your stomach hurts. Wait for the guy that silence is comfortable with, but never runs out of things to say. Find the guy that respects what’s important to you, the one that remembers your first kiss and still gets butterflies every time he sees you. Wait for the one who makes you feel like you are his world, the one that can't live without you.
