Born in Teheran (Iran), Bardia Salour got his first contact with electronic music in the early 80's. While studying at the University of applied sciences and working at the same time for the magazine "Flyer Up-Dates" in Hamburg (Germany), he intensively kept a busy dj schedule during the years.
From 2002 to 2004 he created the event-serie electroart - beats, breaks & impressions with the intention to establish more broken beats in his home base Hamburg. Beats, Breaks & Impressions (location: Echochamber/Hamburg) was a successful event with international bookings like Prodigy's Leeroy Thornhill (UK), Avril (F-Communication/France) etc.
Since October 2004 he started a new project electroart - The future urban sound which has its focus on Minimal Techno/Elektro/Tech-House/Techno. The events have their base in locations like Mandarin Kasino (Ex-Mojo), Waagenbau (in collaboration with Tanzallianz) & irregular in off-locations.
Getting to know each other from an electroart-event in January 2005 Sven Wegner (also known as an artist from Lebensfreude Rec./Berlin) and Bardia S. planed to create a new own label which should not only be a platform for own productions but also for other producers
(for e.g. Jakob Seidesticker from The Havana Boys, Smacs & Patrick Kong etc.).
After one year preparations Sven Wegners & Bardia S.' label Klanggut Recordings proudly presented its first release in march 2006. Klanggut Recordings has already released acts like Jakob Seidendsticker (Wareika), Smacs & Patrick Kong (Flex/Vienna) & Phunklarique & Dejonka aka Piemont.
Bardia S. is also initiator and resident with collaborator Jakob Seidensticker (The Havana Boys/Voidcom/Ostwind) at the event Dance For Fans (Hamburg).
