One Life Entertainment is an independent recording label, with its studio-home base located in one of Chicago's more infamously noted areas of the city, called "The West-Side." It was one of the visionary steps taken by founders Joe "JOE IV" Williams, Dennis "D" Williams (deceased), Steven "ILL MAESTRO" Tillman, and Corey "CL" Crockett. Dennis' untimely passing was heart-breaking, yet inspiration for the others to pursue their dreams of being business owners. The company's name stems from Dennis' belief of "...having the best life..." that a person can. Major League, Eric Young Infinite, Black Tear, and Kiza Sosay (a.k.a. Qwata Key,) were all featured artists upon the company's launch. Now the label adds to the roster Johnny Strings, D-Dubb, Menace, godsweat, Vigor Lynx, producer Scoob E Snaxx, as well as the developing artists Oniiwa and Front Page. The company's elemental objective is to establish itself within the music industry as a finder and developer of quality talent, and as a haven for hot music artists. "The Regime," as they are often referred to as, has held recording sessions and cyphers with some of Chicago's more notable major and underground Hip-Hop artists: Lupe Fiasco, Big Huss, CP Entertainment, Paul Scientific, Project Mayhem, Tony Baines (Prodcer), Lethal Intensity, Sycosis, and others.
