Power metal and vocal trance are the mainstays of my Zune. Rock of all sorts is gradually joining it, although I like that more based on band than genre. Favorites include Kamelot, Rhapsody, Sonata Arctica, Benny Benassi, Ian Van Dahl, Lostprophets, and of course Journey.
Matrix, Star Wars, Aliens, the Narnia series...dunno, there's a bunch I like.

Primarily the Ender's Game/Shadow series. I also like the Harry Potter series, most things by Michael Crichton, David Eddings' stuff, and I've recently begun King's Dark Tower series.The Ender's Game/Shadow series (Orson Scott Card), the Dark Tower series (Stephen King), the His Dark Materials series (Philip Pullman), the Harry Potter series (J.K. Rowling)...you're noticing a trend. I don't often read single books, they don't last long enough.
