Well hello my dear friends! The court jester has returned! For the record, let it be stated that I’m Billy Ledges and way back in 1982 I put together a band called Mad Parade (who some of you may be familiar with.) In 2002, after being in the band for 20 years, I felt that the band had run it’s course with the og members. So I quit. Unfortunately for all of us, the rest of the guys in MP didn’t feel the same way.....
