B Kenyan, a Reggae artist who delivers the message of truth. Born in Jamaica, raised in Florida, Toronto, and now residing in Vancouver Canada, B Kenyan has emerged as a multi-faceted artist, creating music that is lyrically and rhythmically enticing. Despite his worldwide journeys, B Kenyan’s Jamaican roots have not left him, as his passion for Reggae music has continued to develop immensely in recent years. The rawness of his lyrics and feeling in his song expresses his ability to unleash his truths about love and living. His music takes listeners back to the roots as he captures the essence of Reggae Music, incorporating his own uniqueness and cultural experiences into his sound. B Kenyan has developed immensely as an artist, with his experience as a teacher, actor, barber and musician he has built himself up as a man, professional, musically and performer. He has developed the ability to perform effortlessly, sharing his passions and promises, moving audiences with his charismatic presence and lively hits. His music represents many facets of reggae, from conscious hits to dance-hall tunes; his music portrays all sides of his persona, from happiness to the everyday struggles of the ups and downs of life. B Kenyan’s music reflects the influences of Reggae legends like Bob Marley and the Wailers, Buju Bantan and Luciano. The rhythms are reminiscent of the Sunday afternoons B Kenyan spent free styling at the dance hall after Church. Currently, B Kenyan is putting his efforts towards creating his debut album “Confident.” His album features collaborations with producers and artists such as Motoe Blizzid, Tenor Scorpion, Richard Seaton, Heatrocks and Harjuppal. B Kenyan has been received with open arms by the Canadian music industry, getting plenty love in his residing city, Vancouver on local radios stations and venues. He has traveled throughout Canada, performing in Toronto, Nova Scotia, Kamloops, Quebec City etc. and has been the opening acts for such artist as Kevin Little, Toots & Mantels and Burning Spears, just to name a few. There are plenty of good reasons to catch a performance by B Kenyan. The most compelling is the promise of the pounding of your heart, the quickness of your breath and the apex of the experience. The rules are suspended as B Kenyan performs as his life is echoed in the textures of his music.
