*******I'm a child of hip-hop and music is in my blood. I grew up outside Philadelphia in Jersey, but my roots stem from the South Bronx, NY (Bronx River) and Southside Jamaica, Queens. I grew up listening to Red Alert & Chuck Chillout, Mr. Magic & Marley Marl and Lady B in Philly. I listened every Sunday night to oldies (60's & 70's classics) with my parents. My godfather pumped Count Basie and Jimmy Smith into my young ears, but I wasn't trying to hear it at the time. I appreciate him for doing it and now I can spin anything, for anybody at any time. I'm a DJ, a selecta...I play music for the people. Anything that has a soul will be heard from my speakers...hip-hop, R&B, reggae, jazz.I played for a weekly mix-show, "The World Party", on WRFG/Atlanta from 1999 to 2003. You may occasionally hear me sitting in on a show spinning wicked tunes still. I spin regularly for HARMONY IN LIFE (check my friends) at SUGAR HILL in Underground Atlanta.
