I am a single mum, with two fantastic teenagers (one of whom is now off travelling) and I work for local Government. I work to live- I don't live to work. Its a means to an end that just about pays the bills with not much left over. Having said that I work with some great people and the work we do does make a difference to some peoples lives - so it can't be all bad. When I win the lottery I can take Job Satisfaction into consideration- until then- I get on with it!
Im an internet junkie. I have cut down recently but, in the past,have been known to stay up all night, night after night, chatting to friends all over the world on MSN or Yahoo or on Paltalk.
I like making new friends- hence this page.
I love to cook and to eat but have had to cut down recently due to health concerns. I don't drink much or often but I do love the occassional glass of red wine.
Basically I'm a 'take-me-as-you-find-me' kinda gal. I'm not into designer fashion or expensive hairdos. I'm not impressed by fast cars or clothes with labels- humour, honesty, compassion and sincerity impress me more than anything.
I am untidy, unorganised and forgetful but I'm also kind and honest and a very good listener. I can tend to talk too much but don't take offence if I'm asked to shut up- LOL
I love to sing more than almost anything. Unfortunately I have way more enthusiasm than talent but I do it anyway, mostly when theres no-one about to hear me though.
