About Me

Los Angeles Violinist, Composer, Producer. Composer of rock n' roll string quartet music, featuring an all-girl's string quartet. Producer of String Music shows and albums, and performances with local and international acts and projects, as well as ongoing film and tv projects.
Here's what Critics are saying about String Music:
"Anna Stafford's unique take on classical music mixed with off-center pop/rock makes for a curious though often engaging blend. Her work in mainstream and alternative rock (from Christina Aguilera and INXS, to Thrice and Lacuna Coil), and playing with symphony orchestras have certainly guided her to a fascinating place between, where the music rises and glides, dives and flows, with shifting time signatures. The stand-out tracks include Beatle--ish (as in Eleanor Rigby) "Wilson Said," the forceful "Green Walls," Kinks-like (think "Sunny Afternoon) "Crushed Berries," and melancholy yet comforting "Chromosomes." Very different...and very good."
- Darryl Morden, Buzzine
Credits include Film projects, various TV appearances, awards shows and recording projects. International touring work to Japan, Hong Kong, Rome, Bahamas. Production of multiple string quartet tribute albums and solo albums.

This is a video I did for my fans so they know how I produce my albums, and learn where I produce my albums, at Stringvision Studios.
