look out for live shows up and down the country....Hi my name is Dan Pye, former guitarist from big beat rockers 'Manchild', I left the band in 2004 after 6 years and the road was calling.
Life With Pye, is a collection of recordings made over 2 years travelling through 16 countries around the World and is a total departure from the kind of music I had been involved in with Manchild.
Its an acoustic audio diary and the songs and sounds reflect different places and different moods. I wanted to capture the background sounds and atmosphere of the places that we visited as well as writing short songs influenced by my surroundings.
This album was entirely recorded on a mini-disc with a small mono mic and I travelled with a small 3/4 size guitar that went everywhere.Life With Pye is a non-profit album, if you are interested in purchasing a copy please contact
