hi. i like multi-colored rice cakes from korean grocery stores. and telling people to re-use their plastic and paper bags. i just moved to logan square in an awesome house with awesome people. i'm currently reading books i should've read in high school but instead read the cliff notes. i tell myself and people that i eventually want to live in germany or austria in the next 8 or 9 years, but who knows if that will work. i speak pretty good german i think. i want to learn a ton of languages but the truth is i am pretty stinking lazy. geography is my strongest subject in school and i absolutely love knowing where places and things are. i related to about 85% of the things holden caulfield said in the catcher in the rye. i love australian accents. i used to be addicted to texas hold 'em poker but have played once in the last few years. i went to europe for a month and i can no longer drink american beer. i think the us drinking age should be dropped five years and the driving age should be adjusted to 18. i hate the fact that chicago parks close at 11 and police kick people just enjoying the lake out at 1030. it seems so ridiculous. i like to update my cell phone every 6 months. i am a really forgiving person. i love to recycle. i ride my bike virtually everywhere i go alone now. i hate the smell of lavender. i listen to a different beatles song every week and play it 100 times. i am a diehard chicago cubs fan. if they win the world series sometime soon, maybe it'll change. i am really good at changing bike tires now. however, i am useless with any tools. i love postsecret. and mildly enjoy the craigslist missed connections and free stuff. i am trying to get into npr because cnn and bbc have gone off the deep end. i love to ski, but have only ever skied on fake snow. i miss europe. a lot. but i love chicago. it is the most amazing city in the us. come here. stay here. live here...
