At the time, in FRANCE in 1994, the piercing had rather bad press or no press at all and walk in the street with a ring in the eyebrow was really dared! Later, I integrated the only branch of teaching which accepts “special†people... a National School Arts. In this school and during 5 years, I could look further into my technical training and appease my passions. I developed a work with photography and video in relation with the body and more particularly on surgery and body modifications. In the same time, I worked as a piercer in a shop and in free lance in my little flat converted into a piercing room. Once my diploma out of pocket I sailed from the north to the south of France to find "a home" and I finally unloaded in Lyon (FRANCE) at the end of the year 2005. Now, I am a piercer and a bod/moder in Lyon, freshly installed in a studio called PICK TATTOO which has been open since 2003. I also manufacture small and large gauges polymer, titanium & organic custom jewelry. ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________ _____Quand j’étais petit, je décalquais les planches anatomiques des livres de la bibliothèque de mes parents…Baigné par ce subtil mélange d’Art & de médical, c’est tout naturellement que je me suis passionné pour les modifications corporelles et que j’ai commencé à me percer à l’age de 16 ans. A l’époque, en 1994, le piercing avait plutôt mauvaise presse ou pas de presse du tout et se balader avec un anneau à l’arcade, c'etait vraiment osé ! Plus tard, j’ai intégré la seule branche de l’enseignement qui accepte les gens un peu dans la lune…à savoir les Beaux Arts. Dans cette école et pendant 5 ans, j’ai pu approfondir mes connaissances techniques et assouvir mes passions. J’y ai développé un travail photo et vidéo sur le thème du corps et plus particulièrement sur la chirurgie et les modifications corporelles. Parallèlement à mes études, je travaillais comme piercer dans une boutique et en free lance dans mon appart converti en studio de piercing. Une fois mon diplôme en poche j’ai navigué du nord au sud de la France pour trouver un « chez moi » et j’ai finalement débarqué à Lyon à la fin de l’année 2005. Aujourd’hui, je suis piercer et bod/moder à Lyon, fraîchement installé au studio PICK TATTOO qui est ouvert depuis 2003. Je fabrique également des bijoux sur mesures en plastique polymère, titane et matériaux organiques.
