Edward White

Edward White is a successful composer of music for media with credits that include three feature films – the internationally released ‘Nine Lives’ starring Paris Hilton (Lionsgate), ‘Bad Moon Rising’ about kidnap and torture in Afghanistan (Mirage Entertainment) and ‘Lighter’ starring Sir Roger Moore and Joanna Lumley - numerous promotional adverts and three globally successful production music albums. His music has been broadcast on Sky Movies, Sky Sports, BSkyB, the BBC, National Geographic, Cartoon Network, Style Network, the Home Shopping Channel and Turner Broadcasting. Ed’s work has also been used in trailers for blockbusting movies from 20th Century Fox and Paramount including ‘Mr & Mrs Smith’ and ‘Cloverfield’. In 2006, he was selected from over 1500 composers as a finalist in the BBC’s Young TV Composer competition. In 2007, he was selected as one of Turner Classic Movies Worldwide Top 5 Young Film Composer’s by a blue-ribbon panel of judges Chaired by Academy Award winner, Hans Zimmer. Previously, as a director of ‘White Noise Entertainment Ltd’ providing music for corporate videos, Edward worked with clients including British Telecom, NSPCC, Vodafone, Barclays Bank and Accenture to deliver brand conscious bespoke music solutions for corporate-wide training films.
