After days of having an idea of an Alternative Rock band in mind, Ivan (Guitarist) decided to put a band together and soon got a hold of two other unlikely individuals, Cheeze (Bassist) & Danny (Drums), whose influences were all very unalike. But despite the fact that they were so different, they all decided to step up to the challenge of a new band.
The trio, (originally known as "Violet Moon"), played many house shows in the Summer/Winter of 2006-07 until finally after a year and a half of jamming, the whole project came to an unexpected hiatus. After about 6 months of separation, Violet Moon finally came through and decided to hit the music scene once again with more diverse & better material. Despite several months of no music, the trio got back together to what is now known as Bideless Vy.
The band's sound is one unlike what you can hear at the moment: they give no consideration the current popular music scene. Throw in a mix of heavy and sparse guitar, rapid & complementing bass lines, and tom-heavy & progressive styled drums, all intermixed with a couple of juxtaposing melodic passageways & breakdowns, and you get something called the Bideless Vy Sound.
As time went by the band had decided that to accept the newest addition to the band, Abram, which has led him to jump on drums and has put Danny to jump on the lead vocals.
Picking up where they left off 6 months ago, the 4 can only look ahead with open minds & open ears as to the direction and sound of their music.
