About Me

Sensei Rey Naval, Jr. is currently ranked 5th Dan in the Bujinkan Martial Arts. He is a direct student of both Shihan Joel Everett ( 12th Dan ) and Shihan Dan Ordoins ( 11th Dan ) of the Bujinkan Martial Arts Center in Sacramento, California USA. He is also a long time member of the International Bujinkan Dojo Association headed by Shihan Richard Van Donk ( 15th Dan ). Both Richard Van Donk and Joel Everett are personal students of Soke Masaaki Hatsumi, the 34th Grandmaster in the art of Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu.Rey has trained in the martial arts for 12 years mostly in the Bujinkan. Rey was one of the original members of the Bujintech International Group headed by Sensei Vincent Correa and Sensei Nathan Hobusch, an IBDA affiliate training group in San Diego, CA. Rey also trains in the Russian Martial Arts known as Systema and consistently travels to Orange County to train with Martin Wheeler, one of Systema most sought out instructors outside of Russia. Rey also trained in the Filipino Martial Arts under Sifu Lester Cohen, a martial artist with 30 years + experience and a student of Guru Dan Inosanto. Rey continues to travel overseas to Japan to train with some of the best practitioners the Bujinkan has to offer worldwide.Now accepting students!!!
