I created my own profile using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too!=================Chapter 3: The Eighties=========================Hello! Thanks for visiting my myspace. I’m John Phung, you might remember me from such films as “Austin Powers 4: Secret Asian Man,†“Sixteen Candles 2: The Revenge of Long Duck Dong,†or perhaps “The Goonies,†as Dana, the little Asian boy who loved $50 bills and setting booby traps. What else can I say about myself? ____________________________________________________________ _Kindergarten was the first I tried to look up girl’s skirts. In 1st Grade, I was chased down by two girls: Sandra and Barbara; they gave me my first kisses on the cheek. I was thoroughly disgusted, but about 10 years after I ran into Sandra, who turned out to be very hot. Sometime between 1st and 2nd grade, I saw my first pornographic film and found out that my dad kept Penthouse magazines under his side of the bed; unfortunately that probably explains a lot about me. Robotech was my favorite cartoon. By 2nd grade, I befriended Jeff and Chris, whom taught me that it was OK to swear casually. I was also an accomplice when we shoplifted candy and adult magazines from a liqueur store. Most of 3rd grade and on was spent playing Nintendo games; it was fantastic! Many hours were spent with my Legos. I hated Chinese food even in these years; have I always hated Chinese food? Two of my best friends I first met in Lynwood elementary, and we still keep in touch today. I got into my first my real fight in 4th grade, I would’ve kicked his ass if my teacher hadn’t intervened. My mom always picked out my clothes for me, it was horrible. Once I really pissed off my parents when I told them that I hated being Chinese. I went to Sunday School sporadically for a couple years…I remember that the only thing that went through my head was: WTF? Mtv played music videos 24/7 back then. The best parties were "slumber" parties; one time we stuck cigarettes up the nose of the 1st kid that fell asleep and lit them! I wish I had starting dancing during these years. I saw Weird Science and The Goonies way too many times. "Fifty Dollar Bills!" ___________________________________________________________ Organizations: Defenders of Wildlife, National Wildlife Federation, Natural Resources Defense Council, The Nature Conservancy, Sierra Club, Seaworld, San Diego Zoological Society, and World Wildlife Federation.
