Biography:
Unspoken was formed in November 2002 and consisted of Misha on guitar/bass, Daniel on guitar, Jostein on drums and Kent Are on vocal.
The band recorded a 4 track rehersal cd/demo but never sent it out to anyone. Misha departed in late December.
During spring/summer 2003 second guitarist Tron appeared and in January 2004 Julian joined on bass. In the summer 2004 Unspoken recorded a 5 track demo/ep which was a pre-production for the debut album, "Primal Revelation". Meanwhile the band had a few but fairly successful gigs in Oslo so people could have a prelisten of what was to come.
In December 2005 Unspoken entered Lionheart studios and finally recorded the album.
Primal Revelation was self-released in a limited first-edition in December 06, and is for sale at a handful of independent shops in several countries.
Unspoken have also been quite active live and have played several concerts with both norwegian and foreign bands, in different cities.
In April 07, Daniel left the band because of personal reasons, but at least he finished the bands biggest gig so far, at the Inferno Festival of Norway 2007.
Daniel is now replaced by Jonas Leidland.
Unspoken are in these days planning the cruelty for their next full lenght-album!.
NEWS FROM UNSPOKEN:
The feedback and the reviews on "Primal Revelation" in Norway has been quite good, and many people have said that the referencies to the swedish deathmetal-scene is very strong.
With a new guitarist and a growing passion for the music, we are looking forward to take Unspoken further into new musical landscapes that we have not explored so far. Still we promise that the new material will be more brutal, more intense and twice as godless as our earlier tracks. So stay tuned and stay fucking brutal!
