About Me

Myspace Layouts
Is this where i'm supposed to be witty and clever? hehe. I moved to southern WV a little over a year ago. This last year has been a hell of a ride, I've laughed till I cried, been a little less than sober a few times and smiled more than I ever have. The friends that i've made down here I simply couldn't live without...you know who you are! I was born and raised in the country so I kinda feel like a fish out of water in the "Big City" but I always try to stay close to my roots. My family is very important to me, especially with my brother Brent in Iraq. My friends keep me going through daily life and laughter is always the best medicine.

My Interests

An Angel to watch over my Brother until he comes home.

I'd like to meet:

Hawkeye Pierce and Clinger

Music:

Mostly country and southern rock but i'm a sucker for Metallica.

Movies:

I love comedy, drama and action. Scary movies require someone to cuddle with and there seems to be a shortage of those lately! HAHA

Television:

Firs I would like to say that DVR is my friend. I love Grey's Anatomy, Saved, M*A*S*H, Desperate Housewives, Heros, Brothers and Sisters. I'm a big fan of TLC, The Discovery Channel and Animal Planet.

Books:

Ever heard of the West Virginia State ALS Protocols?? Books on cassette tape for the overly-energetic Paramedic.

Heroes:

Hero's are the people that we look up to most, those that we model our lives after and those who's principles and vigor for life we try to embrace, in having said that my Dad has been and always will be my Hero for the dedication and passion he had for the field we call Emergency Medical Services was passed onto me, I only hope that one day I will be able to fill the big shoes he left behind. JDR 1949-2001. My brother Brent is also my Hero. Every night while I sleep soundly my brother is fighting for our country. He is a brother, a son, a husband and soon to be a father. He has given up a year of his life and is willing to make the ulitmate sacrifice so that you and I may continue to live a life of Freedom. He has gone through so much and has become so much. He has grown from my little brother into a man that I am more proud of than I have ever been of anyone. His dedication, discipline and standards of life reflect everything that I hope I am.
