I'm a writer, musician, and I make short films. My dream is for my newest book to grace the big screen, and though the uglies put stumbling blocks in my way, the story WILL be told someday soon. I am biding my time and jumping through the proper hoops for now.
TIDBITS: I love to ride horses, interpret cloud art, walk in mole dirt, and star gaze. I dance in the rain every chance I get. My favorite music is the symphony of nature and I marvel at what the Creator has given to me everyday!
I fight for the underdog and for those who need a voice. I do not tolerate abuse of any kind, this includes ABUSE TO MAN, BEAST AND OUR PLANET. I live and breathe for my family and am humbled by the spirits who take care of my soul. I have not forgotten that the earth delights to feel my bare feet, and the wind longs to play with my hair.

My Interests

Music:

I love all kinds of music from Rush and Nickelback to 7 Dust and Journey, Disturbed to Ulali, to powwow drums, bluegrass and movie scores. Music is medicine and we need a good dose everyday.

Movies:

Movies: I love action/adventure and movies with a message, especially of the Native American genre (think "Incident at Oglala", "How the West Was Lost", "500 Nations", Chris Eyre's "Imprint")

Television:

My video "Wake Up America!" is a youtube hit!

Books:

"Scattered Leaves: The Legend of Ghostkiller"
Vine Deloria, Thomas Mails and Madeline Baker are among my favorite authors; and I love biographies.

Heroes:

My mother is my hero. She fought cancer for 13 years and left us to join her beloved Jesus Christ October 18th, 2007. She was most concerned about her daughters and her biggest fear was leaving us because she was worried that we wouldn't be ok. I told her that we all have to face death one day and my comfort comes in knowing that my hero will be there waiting for me when it's my time.
