Xantaki

Christos's aka Xantaki-Flombs:Christos was born (as everybody) in Athens Greece many years ago. His interest in music started when he was exposed, at a very young and tender age, to the ethnic and revolutionary songs of rural Greece (Klarina). The soulful and melancholic nature of this music transformed Christos to an emotional and revolutionary person. At the age of 10 Christos was performing as a classical guitar soloist in local festivals (panigiria) with a lot of success. His music career though, came to an end at the age of 21, when for reasons unknown to him moved to the best city on planet earth Manchester UK. In Manchester, apart from studying for his PhD, Christos was initiated in the modern electronic and progressive house scene (klampatsimpana). His life changed forever and his music horizons have broadened as far as Higher Blackley. Christos performed in many famous clubs such as the legendary Hacienda, Sankey's Soap, Sketi club, and Moses club usually in the art of dancing and maping (from mapes). As a typical crowd pleaser Christos performed rare dance moves interrupted by the occasional moments of madness from excited and angry female fans (you know who you are!!!). Christos is NOT a Dj, producer, remixer, mixer, but he has a good ear (actually two) for quality and rare electronic music. His music productions are still inside his head and any attempts to release them are nevertheless dangerous and threat to the society. After 10 years in Manchester, Christos moved to sunny and beautiful San Diego California for inspiration and to continue working on his lifelong ambition of winning the Nobel Prize. In his spare time, Christos sunbathes in Pacific beach and listens to the waves... Watch this space....
