About Me

I'm in the Army, have been married to Katrina for more than 6 wonderful years and have 3 beautiful daughters. I grew up in RI, then lived in MD and AL for about 2 years each before coming into the army. I went to Infantry basic training at Ft. Benning, GA and spent the next 5 & 1/2 years serving in the 3rd US Infantry RGT, The Old Guard. I was in A Co for most of it (hence the colonial pic), but also spent some time at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and in B Co as well. I was able to escape from the Rock ("Alpha-Trez", if you were there you know what I'm talking about!) and moved on to beautiful Monterey, CA where I studied Arabic. I graduated in the beginning of 2008 with my Army Linguist Certification/Diploma as well as an Associates of Arts Degree in the Arabic Language. I finished my follow-on training for my new MOS and am now stationed at the 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY. I am back from being deployed to Baghdad, Iraq!!!
Go watch my movies at my YouTube site .
I've working up to my new goal of running 5 miles daily. I am at 5 miles every few days but it wears you out quickly when I have to do PT daily again, and specially when I haven't run this much since before the marathon. I always wear my Garmin wrist GPS whenever doing anything outdoors, so if you would like to see my progress you can click here and you will be able to see my recent runs as well as maps/satelite images of my run routes (for now it only allows you to click on the 10 most recent).
