I don't support anything that bombards me with advertisements. Thus, I do not watch TV.
The Giving Tree, Amerika and Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka, The Idiot and Notes from Underground by Dostoevsky, The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath, The Plague, (Great insight!) The Communist Mannifesto by Engels and Marx, Lolita, Chicken Soup for the soul series, Anything by Hermann Hesse, and any book regarding religion. (mainly disputing religion) Science magazines that explain cool things and I like brochures. Nietzsche and Sartre WITTGENSTEIN but I am lagging on reading philosophy lately. The Age of Reason. In Remembrance of Things Past (Swanns Way) by Marcel Proust. Mainly I love readig first person narratives. I like reading about crime and the occult although I hate the idea of it. (more on that later.) Books about conciousness and biology books. Old books. Autobiography. Basically I love reading, the determining factor of a book lying entirely in the likeability of the characters.
