He is the younger brother of Jodeci founder Devante Swing. He took production and songwriting credits on "Diary of a Mad Band" and "The Show, The After Party, The Hotel". He also relesed his solo debut, "Met.A.Mor.Phic" on April 18,2000. He has gone on to produce tracks a number of other artists, including Brandy Norwood's younger brother Ray-J.
