About Me

I'm a just a typical Computer/IT geek by day and a bass playing/ club DJ by night... Okay - I guess that isn't too typical. I enjoy pretty much all types of music, however I must say old school hip hop and hard rock are my favorites. I play bass guitar in a band where we play hard rock/metal music. We're called Forgive the Fallen.
I have DJ'd downtown Baltimore in Power Plant Live and Federal Hill in addition to parties and weddings. I've been a "light jockey" running the light show at Iguana Cantina Thursdays through Sundays.
During the day I work at a defense contracting company where I am a Network/Security/System Administrator. I basically try to keep the internet spinning for the employees :-)
I enjoy intelligent discussions surrounding topics ranging from politics and religion to music, movies, electronics, etc.
"LairNet" refers to the company I created last year to take care of a need I found in the marketplace. Now that the public is finding confidence in the internet again, many small businesses are trying to utilize IT and are having difficulty getting the right assistance. LairNet Communications was started to address the needs of small businesses such as networking, email, and website design/hosting. This has since translated over to local bands as I find myself networking with more people. As I have become increasingly busier with my work at Solipsys and playing in my band, the idea of "my own company" has taken a back seat. I'll still try to help you with your IT needs, however I'm just not currently in a position to activly look for work.
Can't wait for March/April!!!!!!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I want to surround myself with friends and family who affect my life in a postive way. The people you surround yourself with define part of what make you. Therefore, I'd like to meet people to be true to themselves first and foremost. I don't have time for liars or cheats.I've learned that the saying "It's all in who you know" is very true, therefore a little professional networking will never hurt. Meeting people of similiar interests is great, but I also like to challenge myself by meeting people with dis-similiar interests. Life is an ongoing learning experience, therefore the more people you meet that are different than you, the more you learn about the world and you help define yourself.

Your Theme Song is Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd
"There is no pain, you are receding.
A distant ship’s smoke on the horizon.
You are only coming through in waves."

You haven't been feeling a lot lately, and you think that's a good thing.
The comfortable part is nice... but you should really work on numb. What's Your Theme Song?

Dancing - or whatever you want to call it

Okay..... so I've been thinking about this for a while, and the more I watch people dance while working at Iguana Cantina the question continues to plague me.  Since when did dry humping someone ...
