I am here for Networking

About Me

A quarter of a century from a small and educated town called Orono, and a decade from high atop Munjoy Hill, I am now signed, painted, and planted, between the oil tanks and cemetaries with my little family here in South Portland: the New Jersey of Maine. Coincedntly, both towns where I was raised as a child, and where I'm raising a child have the same high school mascot: the Red Riots. I'm not sure what a Red Riot is; one ould think that South Portland would name themselves the Jets or the Oilers, since both are so prevailent in this working class city. I lead a very busy life that leaves me little time to whittle on a porch. I work late into the evenings as a cook where I stare into a bubbling fryolator like a modern warlock's assistant over a corperate couldron, and when I come home at two in the morning I hang out in my basement until sun pokes through the bulkhead, ending my five beer conversation with the water heater. In the day time I enjoy spending time with my son while my awesome wife is at work. He is a giant of a four year old whose already waiting for a letter of inqiry from Manchetser United. While he's at preschool, I sing and play rythm guitar with my band down here in the doom room two, three, sometimes four times a week at full volume. If there are any bass players out there who love Maiden and Metallica, there is a spot available.
