Elizabeth Ann Schaefer Mathews Past: Birthday - August 31, 1978 Hometown - Coppell, TX (near Dallas) College - Baylor University (sic 'em)Present: Married to Scott, Mom to Addison....my life has gotten pretty simple since I moved back from Chicago and had a baby....boy do they suck all the fun out of life - no, just kidding - love you Addy!!!!! My life is great - Scott goes to work and I stay home and play and eat bonbons - no, just kidding - love you scott!!!! I'm a full-time Mom, and I never realized just how "full-time" it would really be. This is definitely the most challenging job I've ever had, and absolutely the most rewarding. We are still enjoying living just outside of Austin, in Leander. It's gettin' to be grillin' season, so if you're in the neighborhood come on by for a Mathews Secret Marinade Steak! 15 Month Appointment
