We have and exhibition on at the Ipswich Art Gallery at the moment which goes through til May 08. Some puppets thirteen stills, a three minute run sequence and some time lapse. We are doing a talk on 19th April at 5.30 in the Gallery if anyone is interested in coming along.
a We have been working together for 10 years, meeting at university while studying Visual Art. We come from totally different backgrounds and enjoy the constant challenge of working together. We try to do and make everything involved in our work ourselves so the endless struggle of the process involved in the making is what we like. We also enjoy the whole combination of old skills, techniques and technologies with the new while keeping the content of what we do the most important. We find while trying to do this the process of how we make becomes very much an embedded part of the content. We have made five films together "Maudie" 1997, b&w super8 live action, "The Cupboard" 1999 Super8 Live action, "Shrimper" 2000 Super8&16mm live action and "Gordon" (2001) and "Rocky"(2003), two stop frame animated short puppet films. About four years ago we started a business to fund our art - Mulesfilm.

Check out our website Wombok Forest We have been working well and if we can keep this up we are heading towards finishing the animating by the end of the year. We then have to pick up lots of blue screen do the sound recording, editing etc so 2008 is looking good for a release. We are trying to keep updating the .. journal and keep the photos coming in. Have just put a timelapse of us animating a two day shot on the website as well as a couple of our short animations.
