Heroes? Don't you mean Idols? Anyway, they are:
RONNIE VAN ZANT
Ah, yes. Ronnie Van Zant is my biggest idol. Ronnie is the original lead singer of the Lynyrd Skynyrd band, and has written some of the biggest southern rock songs, including my favorite "Free Bird" and the band's first chart-topper "Sweet Home Alabama". Thank you Ronnie for the music inspiration. Lynyrd Skynyrd's music will live on and on forever.
MICHAEL JACKSON
No, I am NOT referring to the King of Pop. I am referring to my cousin Mike. Mike is my original music inspiration. When I was 3 I went to visit him (which I did every year at that time) and he had a guitar. I picked up his guitar and started playing it. For the complete story go to http://rebel-cowboy.piczo.com
ALICIA
Miss Australia herself! Alicia is my best friend. She, like myself, is a musician and is leader of her own band (Oursake). Aside from that, we met on chat around either July or August of 2005, and we have grown to become really good friends Always there when I need someone to talk to about something, and just one of the best friends anyone could ask for overall.
JAMES
Dibble is my best friend from school, and one of the easiest to get along with. Almost always available to talk to, and a really great person.
JACQUI
Another one of my best friends. I met Jacqui in a youth group in 2001at a local church. Since then, she has become one of my closest friends who is almost always available when I need a friend to go to. Some good times just hanging out too.
MARK
I met Mark when he came to my school in 2nd grade in 1992. Another one of my close friends, I can confide in Mark about almost anything.
FRED
How to describe Fred: Let’s just say that Fred is Fred. He is usually one of the first friends I come to when I need auto work done. I bought my truck from him in May 2004 and he bought my old ‘88 Ford in 2006 when I was ready to trade that for a different car. Putting cars aside, he’s a great person to hang out with and another one of the few people I can trust. What great fun parking our cars so close to the principal's car blocking it in!
JON and THAD
Two of my co-workers at the beef facility. Jon lives within walking distance of my house, and I sometimes visit and hang out or just chat. Thad usually knows the ins and outs of almost any topic. Both are great buddies and they usually try to help out when they can, and I try to help them out when I can.
Some of my other heroes include: Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Billy Joel, Bob Dylan, Kid Rock, Molly Hatchet, Alan Jackson, AC/DC, and Hank Williams Jr.
