About Me

I like go with the flow, but I know everything I want won't just come to me without a little struggle either. Would like to plan things with people such as vacations to exotic places, or the mountains to go boarding for the weekend. At the same time I'm all about cooking dinner and watching a movie with friends. Enjoy drawing/painting, snowboarding, design, movies (who doesn't?), walking around the city, going to museums, roadtrips, reading a book in the park, rollerblading the Manhattan Green Path, hanging out having a few drinks with friends at a local bar, music and art shows:

check out my music and art people on my list:

Amy , Livingroom Johnston , Brian Grosz , Dogs of Winter , Planeside , Sneakthief , DJ Subs , Tuac , Maria , DJ Empress , Do Shadows Savage? , Emken , In Focus NYC

Doing Graphic Design freelance for the moment (www.ILRobinson.com). Looking for a more permanent situation (I like being my own boss, but can't beat benefits and a 401k) I like people who make me think and don't like people who don't think (bouts of stupidity can be hilarious, though). I've come to the conclusion (with a little inspiration from a dear friend) that I need to get up and travel while I can (among other things that one shouldn't take for granted in life). Granted the furthest I've been is to visit a friend living in Mexico, but I refuse to let that be my thoughts of travel while on my deathbed (with a little luck and a lot of dedication, that won't be my thought less than a year from now). Things in life fall in and out of place, but there's no point in getting wrapped up in all that with about 194 countries in the world, why hang your hat in one while your whole life and world is ahead of you?!

Back to the lyrics portion. I've realized that someone, such as myself, finds it easier at times to convey their thoughts via disassociative narrative. This is a Fear song:There's so many opposites,...
