Kareem "EFX Unyversul" Ingram was born in the Lower East Side, N.Y., but lived in brooklyn. Living between these two boroughs he created his own style. He grew up with now famed artist True Life (ALFRED E. SMITH) projects. Unee is the epitamy of what an true MC is supposed to be. His versitle style of MC'ing is definetly second to none. He is not only gifted lyrically, but he'll also provide you with splashes of vocals and spoken word.Some of his inspirations include legendary artist Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, Stevie Wonder, and El Debarge. also influenced by hood phenoms "SMOOTH DA HUSTLA", "M.O.P. AND TEFLON", "LORD HAVE MERCY", and the "BOOT CAMP CLICK". With his to day favorite M.C's... PAPOOSE, SAIGON, MOST DEF, STACK BUNDLES, J-HOOD, HELL RELL, TALIB KWELI AND TRU LIFE. Unyversuls consciousness to the political genocide of our brotha's and sista's in our hood also inspired him to seek knowledge of self in which you can also here it in some of his lyrical content.
