About Me
Producer/songwriter/drummer,Chuck Pearson a Tennessee native is a 26- year veteran of the music business. A professional performing drummer by age 12, his musical influences are deep rooted in blues with an outlaw brand of traditional country and rock and roll.
After graduating high school in 1980, and attending East Tennessee State University, Chuck hit the road for the first of many tours of duty on stage.
He has worked with such greats as legendary producer Barry Beckett (Hank Williams Jr.,Dire Straits, Bob Segar, Etta James,Carlos Santana, Alabama)
blues rocker Warren Haynes and the Queen of Country Music herself Kitty Wells.
Chuck teamed up with Grammy award winner Kathy Louvin to form Honeyboy Productions in 2001, under contract with Dualtone Records, Nashville, to produce a project which is a tribute to legendary guitarist Joe Maphis. The project included fourteen of the best of Joe Maphis and his lovely wife/performing partner Rose Lee. It featured songs made famous by the duo back in the Town Hall Party heyday of the 1950's
