I am pretty passionate about food, and food politics in particular.

I'm a big geek at heart and love all things technology. Except Microsoft.

I am a compulsive reader. It's so bad that I will read ingredients on soap bottles if it's the only thing available. (Dr. Bronner's bottles are actually fairly interesting). I spend about half my day every day reading things. My magazine subscription habit is a little out of control.

I sing a lot.

I care about my effect on the world and hope I make it better.
