About Me

I believe that God's directing me to seek out some new Christian friends. I pray myspace.com may be a place to meet some. As for my personality, I think you'd find that I am a sincere, personable guy. Few people rub me the wrong way. I limit my time with people that can only whine and moan about what life (God) has to offer them. I strive to heed the verse of 1 Thessalonians 5:18 "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." Humor and variety are the spice of life for me. I know that the days that start with prayer--end with more blessings. "Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee" (Psalm 143:8). I value time spent with family and friends and time spent by myself. I am happy with where I am at this point in my life. My job, hobbies, and personal relationships give me a sense of satisfaction. I'm ready for some new adventures but not spurred on to them.I work daily at being honest with myself and my walk with Jesus. Phillipians 3:8 "Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him."

I'd like to meet:

(Or, more likely, correspond with) Anybody that loves the Lord and trusts in Him. It'd also be nice to hear from old friends.Dedicated, trustworthy, loyal, kind, spontaneous, and open-minded are a few of the character traits I would hope to see in another person. I seek these in my own life. Also, somebody that can work hard at their job, hobbies, and staying healthy. Someone who takes care of themselves--and let's Jesus take care of the rest! Knows when to be serious, but knows when cut loose and have fun. Adventurous and likes to try new things.I'm looking to visit some new churches in the Salem area.
