Been in Las Vegas since April of 2006:) Wow how time flies! No more "REAL" winters for me...that's what winter trips back home to Salt Lake are for. Currently work in residential real estate soon to be specializing in pre-auction foreclosures.Enjoy fitness and outdoor activities. Mt Charleston is one of my favorites to go hiking or camping to escape the relentless desert summer heat. I also have a home gym and treadmill when all else fails!I'm conservative when it comes to vehicles...My Honda Civic gets me by just fine. My thought is that there are better places to put money than a constant depreciating asset. Contrary to popular belief, real estate can appreciate...LOL:)What I enjoy most about real estate is that it's constantly changing. It's exciting to view such an assortment of homes and to find what real estate means to different people. My mini-dachshund Peyton keeps me busy at home when I'm not gardening. Surprisingly things will grow in the desert. My latest experiment has been growing dwarf banana plants. I will get an orange tree to grow in my yard some day...Meyer lemon trees are a lot easier:)
