Films, music, sports, talkin crap, the usual, you know?
And if you want to be pedantic about it all (and who wouldn't? Well, technically, I guess anybody who wasn't a pedant...) I guess I also have a general interest payable on all those damn student loans I took out!
People who are interesting and funny, or at least know how to hold a decent conversation about... um... er.. and like they can... and stuff... yeah!
So yeah, you can probably see that my 'Friends' list is a little heavy on the oestrogen at the moment so I should probably start trying to balance things out!
So if there are any guys out there who have the same interest in films or music or making fun of everything then you should stop by and say hi...
And whilst we're on the subject of people I don't hear from -
Where are all the Italian people?!
Oh yeah, that's right, Italy... ha :p
But surely there must be some around on Myspace...?!
Some current and all-time faves include - James Brown, Chemical Bros, Beck, DJ Shadow, Fun Lovin Criminals, The Killers, Foo Fighters, The Magic Numbers, Hendrix, Coldplay, Buck 65, The Arcade Fire, Air, Beck, Zero 7, Basement Jaxx, Daft Punk, Franz Ferdinand, Ghostface Killah, Chilli Peppers, Kings of Leon, Adem, Ozomatli, The Go! Team, The Roots, Ash, UNKLE, Al Green, Freestylers, Garbage, TV on the Radio, Kasabian, Four Tet, Grand National, Kaiser Chiefs, Morcheeba, The Strokes, NERD, Doves, Jurassic 5, Ash, Snoop Dogg, Bloc Party, Bob Marley, Turin Brakes, Prodigy, Radiohead, Muse, Wu-Tang Clan, BB King, Prefuse 73, Bowie, The Stone Roses (and that's pretty much just all of what I could remember in the past 5 minutes, but it's a start at least...)
Ah come on, you can't ask a film buff to name just a few of their all-time favourite films! A list of the top 10 films in a certain genre maybe... but even that's pushing it
(But just because I'm a nice film buff if you want to ask me I'll always be more than happy tell you about any good films I've seen recently... getting me to stop telling you about them, that's the hard part)
Well right now I'm currently watching - The Sopranos, Family Guy & American Dad, The Shield, The Wire
(yes, that's right... I do have 5 TV's on at the same time... and only 2 eyes... and pretty much 0 qualifications in either Maths or Biology...)
One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, A Confederacy Of Dunces, and Catch 22
is an all-time absolute without-a-doubt classic of a song by David Bowie (and covered since by both Oasis and The Wallflowers, but of course the original's always the best...)
