Don't call it a comeback!
Paxton, now 15 is back with a newer style, and a newer approach.
With the album "Rockstar", which will be available later this summer,
Paxton titled the album, Rockstar, because he believes that Rockstars
are international superstars, which every loves because their sound is different
from other artists, their style is different, and they want to show music to people in a whole
different light, and that's what Paxton plans to do with this album. "I want people to see Paxton, a
young R&B singer, who doesn't sound like the rest. I want you to see my uniqueness, my REAL
musical side." Paxton has been absent from the scene since September, but with the major success of "Shawty" Paxton decided to hit the studio yet again for another hit. Songs like "Trap", "I Know U Want It", "Whoa", "Slow", and "Get Some" are songs that will prove his longevity.
**Paxton on his songs:**
"Trap": "it's the story about a man who falls in love so many times and when
he falls he falls hard and everytime something positive is going to happen between him and his girl, she ends up breaking his heart, so the time when he finds the right one he doesn't realize it
because he doesn't want to set his self up in a trap..again!"
"I Know U Want It":"That's a nice summer jam featuring my homeboy, Melvin, its about this guy at a party who sees this girl with her little clique, talking about him, feeling him and everything, and she's 'frontin' like she doesn't want him, and he's like I know u want me quit fronting,real fun record that I hope you will enjoy!"
"Slow": "Slow is kinda part 2 of 'Trap' this time around he sees this fine chick, who is feeling him too and he's contemplating on whether or not he should make a move, is this the right one, and he's talking to himself saying 'NO..your gonna fall in love again and get hurt!', then the other one is like 'Go head just have faith in your love what do you have to lose?'
"Get Some": "This one is one of my favorites it's basically about when the music gets into you and you get possessed by it you just gotta dance, the music makes you wanna 'GET SOME'...
