Broken Radio is a 3 piece rock band from Cape Town, consisting of Shaun Berry (Vocal, guitar, bass) Niel Walters (drums) and Natalie Robinson (Synth,Piano).They formed in Feb of 2006.Their music can be described as melodic rock with a strong British influence. Their debut EP "Yellow is fine" has attracted a lot of attention, with the first single (Yellow is fine) from the EP being featured on Wicked Record's PLAY IT LOUD!! CD compilation, and another track off the EP,"The strangest dream", being used as the soundtrack to a BBC television series "cooked". The EP is available at www.rhythmrecords.co.za.They are currently working on their debut full-length album due for release in November this year. In the meantime, a JHB tour is on the cards together with another EP release.
