I'm an engaged father of two kids, one graduated college and the other one should be in 11th grade but wants to home school the last two years. Columbia's 8 class "block plan" messed up many many students.I go to church every Sunday and Wednesday. My goal is, as someone once said "whenever the door is open". My church is Living Word Church on Garth in Jones Valley, a non-denominational spirit-filled family of believers in Jesus Christ. Our pastor, Pastor Waller is a wonderful man. I play an instrument on the worship team; guitar mostly. I play bass when needed and drums in an emergency. A real emergency... :o)
I spend most of my daytime with computers. I work in a factory writing software. I don't make the stuff they make. I make it better (with apologies to BASF).
I love Jesus/God. I pray my next wife (assuming there is one) will love God as much or preferable even more than me and be a constant encouragement in my walk with Him.
I like movies. A lot. Yeay Netflix and no late fees!
I've been learning to play guitar for about 30 years. Let me rephrase that. I started when I was 9 and we get along and then we have the 'other' times. I even sold a guitar, once, no twice... can you believe.

I get bored and forget everything and have to start over though, hence the 'day job'. I play in church every Sunday and it really blesses me. Thank you God for letting me do this. Some of the musicians and I have formed a band and we play at an outreach for the handicapped. We are looking for more opportunities to minister musically, so... write me if you have a need in the Huntsville/Madison County area.

My list is organized by people I know IRL, then people who are MO (MySpace 'only', i.e. friends, but I've never really met), and then music pages, bands and the like.
You may notice that I have Jesus as my #1 now.
No more 'girls' in the #1, sorry ladies.
I'll be friends with a lot of people, I think Jesus set that example. I think character is so important though, even though I can't see inside you like God can, I look for the 'fruit'. Beautiful-on-the-outside people might get my attention for a while, but the fruit shows. That's what really counts so be straight with me and we'll be friends longer.
I appreciate my friends. I believe that love is spelled T.I.M.E. I love all my friends, but the ones that invest in my life with their precious time are rewarded with my undying gratitude.
