Lo-G

Logan aka known as Lo-G, is a man of many styles and faces. As a young lad being raised in Southside Jamaica Queens he entered the world of hip hop. Heavily influenced by other Queens natives such as Kool G Rap, LL Cool J, Mr. Cheeks (Lost Boyz),and Nas to name a few, he began to craft his lyrical wizardry. To describe his style you would have to fuse the above names together. Street like Kool G, hard as young LL, with a laid back flow like Cheeks, and a mind state similar to Nas. Early on in life, Lo-G was introduced to the “elements” of growing up in Rochdale projects in Queens. At the age of 16, his mother sent him to live with relatives in North Carolina to escape the ills of his environment. In NC, he quickly became known for his lyrical prowess. Lo’s NC journey began on the streets of Raleigh and ended up resting in Greensboro, where he attended NCA&T University. Truly, Logan posted flags everywhere he touched a microphone. This incredible emcee has mastered the craft of blending his life experiences with wit and true lyricism. Always swift and changeable, he prides himself on being able to touch on all aspects of life. Relationships to politics, and of course.. party and bullshit, the only way he knows how…His way!! Charismatic in his stage presence, Lo has performed alongside some of hip hops finest. Lo currently runs with the Payshir crew and his long anticipated EP is soon to drop. The EP is titled "Everything 2 Gain.." In the era of players, thugs, and crunk music, this emcee is bound to shine simply because he is none of the above. Welcome to the Lo-G experience!
