i have been singing for about 8 years now (not including the hairbrush phase) and have worked with a few play about bands that haven't really come to much as i'd always been too shy to perform !
i started recording vocals in about 2001 working on mostly a dnb vibe at the time. the feedback from these tunes (including outer limits) was unbelievable, and i really felt like i was on my way to creating my own style.
i was totally inspired to get back into it after doing my first live performance at edinburgh corn exchange last november. i sang 'outer limits' live and it picked up my confidence in what i've been doing.
since then i've worked with an assortment of talented producers putting my own style over various genres including downtempo, hip hop and almighty breakbeat tunage.
i've just passed on some vocals to the fabulous and lovely heretik for him to play around with. i first heard heretik's work on the NIN remix of 'only' which i totally loved - dirty and sleazy just how it should be ! i raved about it to a lot of people and then saw him looming on the nsb forum and pounced on the poor lad ! anyway, i'm just delighted to have him doin stuff with my vocals...hopefully i'll have something for you to listen to shortly !
i'm also in the process of putting together a live dnb / breaks collective, something i've been wanting to do for a long long time. i've only really got the onfidence to get it shifting now...and i'm hoping we can spend the rest of this year rehearsing, getting to know each other and putting some tracks together, then hit it out live next year and i cannot wait !!

any producers are welcome to submit tunes to me, if i'm diggin it i'll give you a shout for sure ! i'm really into nu skool breaks just now - big basslines with dirty drops ! i am up for workin on some nice downtempo tracks in same vein as 'promises' as well as any chilled hiphop stuff.
