Mike McGarril

I'm 22..I play the saxophone, flute, and keys..I'm originally from the Hudson Valley in upstate NY. Right now I'm based in New York City where I graduated from The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in 2008. I currently play with Supersound, a big band led by drummer Charli Persip. Our new album Intrinsic Evolution was released in 2008. I play keys in a funk/neo-soul group called Dwayne and Last Days & Time. Looking Glass, an EP featuring our current material, drops in April 2009. I also work with Natatlie John, Dominic Fallacaro, and Rick Cragin. I've covered many different styles including jazz, r&b, hip-hop, latin, legit, pop, and rock. I've had the opportunity to perform with some world-renowned musicians including Candido Camero, Xiomara Laugart, Bobby Sanabria, Charli Persip. Other than that, I'm always down for a jam and I try to share my love for music with whoever possible!
