I am a devoted mother to a wonderful eight year old little girl - she is my Angel! Nothing comes before her, which doesn't mean I don't take care of myself but rather that I must be good at both (and I am!!). I am a dedicated, independent, hard-working woman with high aspirations and goals. I am a very giving person until you take advantage of me once...then you are on your own. I love deep and am a very loyal person to those that love me back... I only drink socially and do not smoke. I love shoes (at last count, I had 54 pair) and my daughter had 16 and counting. We both stay sharp every day!! :-} That is a must.

My Interests

The first thing you should know about me is that I absolutely love music...I listen to music every day, every chance I get (which is why I rarely watch TV...my TV is always on music choice). My next love is dancing but I dont have as much time to do that as I would like... I also enjoy skating, bowling, shopping, kicking butt on the pool table, playing cards, and playing board games (like Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, and others...).

I'd like to meet:

Allen Iverson!!!!!!!! So, if anyone wants to take me to a game, let me know and I'm there!!! (You know my boy finally got traded - it is about time!!) GO NUGGETS!!!But in the meantime...I am looking to connect with new friends and old ones I have lost touch with... I don't have time for dishonest people, so if you aren't able to tell the truth or like playing games, don't speak. And respect is a must...for both me and for yourself. I love life and want to have fun!!

Music:

I enjoy many kinds of music...primary love is R&B (especially old school). Fav artists are: Beyonce, Mary J Blige, Lyfe Jennings, Teddy Pendergrass, Al Green, Lenny Williams, Keith Sweat, Gerald Levert, Prince, R Kelly, Jagged Edge, and many more...

Movies:

Fav movies are Bad Boys 1&2, Long Kiss Goodnight, Love and Basketball, A Man Apart, Diary of a Mad Black Woman, Honey, Remember the Titans, The Wedding Planner, John Q, Love Jones...just to name a few.

Television:

I don't watch a lot of TV; but my fav show is Strong Medicine (gotta catch it in reruns now). Also like House, Grey's Anatomy, American Idol, and Girlfriends.

Heroes:

First, my mom and my wonderful daughter who make every day that much brighter...Love you both! Next are all those parents that are dedicated to raising their children RIGHT and always putting the well-being of their little ones before anything else!!
