Ive been writing rhymes since i was a kid and mc'ing out since 1998 when i played with Ed Rush @Pace in south London. Since then ive been plugging away in and around London, securing residencies at Acoustixx(Vibez Recordings), Technicality(Inperspective Records), Traffic and Spectrum. Ive also performed at Ichione in Amsterdam. You can catch me weekly with my Lab crew on www.lifefm.co.uk Every Thursday 10pm-Midnight GMT rollin out the deeper styles of D&B.
