About Me

I've played drums in various projects (covers and original music), including Hawaiian, Surf, Blues, Classic Rock, Hard Rock, Disco/Funk, Alternative, Punk, and, of course, METAL, and sometimes in multiple projects at once, not always for pay, hence my nickname "Drumslut," given to me by a good friend of mine. Now I am stuck with it, although my primary band at this time is ELECTRIC FUNERAL, a tribute to classic Black Sabbath (both Ozzy and Dio eras). I am also working with some great female musicians in Mz Led (Zeppelin tribute) and DIA (tribute to Dio and Dio-era Black Sabbath). I am easily bored with music commonly described as "lounge," "acoustic/coffee-house" or "unplugged." I don't use brushes or "hot rods." No offense to those who like that type of music--I just like loud music and I like to play LOUD! I thoroughly enjoy paying tribute to my favorite bands, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, and Dio, along with the other accomplished musicians in the bands who are great friends of mine and who share the same passion. What is even more satisfying is seeing so many people who appreciate what we are doing! Please don't request to be added as a "Friend" unless I actually know you, especially bands. Thanks.
