Jonathan and I have a beautiful daughter who is 7 years old and a gorgeous son who 4 and who never sits down.

We're very busy working parents who are constantly on the go. We waited 10 years to have our kids. Take some advice from us, don't wait 10 years before you have kids!! I guess they will keep us on our toes well into our 50's! We're having a blast being parents, but its a lot of work. Especially when you have no family close to help out.

I love meeting new people and making new friends. I have met some wonderful people online, both here in the U.S. and overseas and have even had the opportunity to meet some overseas!

My Interests

Jonathan and I love traveling. We have been all over the world, both with the military and just traveling as a couple. I also love spending time with my family. We try and get out and about with the kids every weekend. We definately don't like sitting at home.

Would love to hear from fellow Volunteer High School graduates!! Anyone who is interesting and outgoing like myself. People who have the same interests as I do, mothers with toddlers, etc.

Music:

I am such a goober when it comes to music. I absolutely LOVE 80's music! I guess its what I grew up with and I just can't get it out of my mind. I know, just shoot me!

I also love a lot of new music to though. I love Blue October, Coldplay, The Fray, Imogene Heap, KT Tunstall, James Blunt, etc. I have quite an eclectic taste in music. I have over 1500 songs on the ole iPod.

Movies:

Movies.... Now thats a tough one. I think my hubby and I have seen 2 movies since our kids were born. We often rent movies, but never have the time to go out to the movies anymore. What a bore! If I had to sit down and pick one special movie that I think I love it would probably be Fried Green Tomatoes. Gotta love some young Brad Pitt and what a story.

Television:

I'm a reality tv junkie. I also absolutely love Grey's Anatomy, Lost, Jericho, Ghost Whisper, What About Brian, American Idol and Desperate Housewives. The only chance I get to watch tv is with the good ole DVR late at night. God what did we do before the DVR people?!?!

Books:

Again, I used to be such an avid reader, but working full time and having two small children, I don't get much time to myself anymore. When I was younger my favorite authors were V.C. Andrews and Judy Blume.

Heroes:

I guess my hero would probably be my husband Jonathan. He is an amazing father and I don't know what I would do without him.
