Heino

Heino claims to be from the South - South California, that is. He started writing at the ripe old age of seven on his trusty red accordion and recording his little symphonies on his dad's two-track recorder. Upon reaching high school, it didn't take him long to figure out that the girls were not so interested in accordian players. So, he talked his parents into buying him a guitar and a piano and he's been singing and playing ever since. And the girls... well, let's just say that they never quite got over the whole accordian thing.Over the years he's played in bands, scored commercials, short films, theatrical productions, bachelorette parties and any other place that would have him. These days you can catch him around Nashville playing at various clubs, either on his own or with a full band. He writes both alone and with a bevy of co-writers, while awake and while asleep, in the car and in the shower, while mowing the lawn and when he's supposed to be paying attention to other things. He just can't help himself. It's a sickness, really.
