Band Members: "Grant at Electric Angel is probably any artists dream producer, he knows what bands are looking for sound wise, and has the knowledge and professionalism needed in this business. The best thing about working with Grant is that he puts artist's ideas first, instead of pushing and imposing his own, which is truly important to artists with real vision."Jaye- O'Jerusalem=================="First off, recording at Electric Angel studios is the best thing that has happened to this band...Working with a producer who knows his way around the studio not only helps build his studio's name; It helps build great musicians, as well as the music industry. Thank you so much for everything."Adam Longworth-MY SWEET ADAIR=============== "We spent three days recording with Grant and it was some of the most laid back, comfortable, 3 days of my life. If you have any type of question or need ideas for a riff or melody, this guy has the answers.... He has awesome gear and an amazing ear for music. So if you want someone LEGIT and AFFORDABLE, don't hesitate to holler at my boy Grant!"JM Lopez-Every Bridge Burned==============="Grant provided a comfortable and productive environment for us to work in, and I really felt like he was on the same page with what we wanted to accomplish. Definitely one of the easiest recording sessions I've ever been apart of." - Otis Archer/EBB
Influences: I work as a guerilla producer and engineer. I like recording in different places, and using different techniques. I love recording, and I want you to love it too. I've had the chance to learn from the best while recording in my old band (staple). We did our last record at www.radiostarstudios.com with Sylvia Massy, and I took a lot of valuable insight away from that project. If you want to find out how recording goes, ask any band that I've worked with. They'll give it to you straight. I'm going to try to not overbook, so that I can dedicate the time necessary to each project. I also will probably have you play the part again, as opposed to me fixing it mindlessly. I want your project to be you, not a bunch of noise with no soul. This is rock and roll, not a laboratory. We'll do what we can to make it sound like it came from the heart.
Sounds Like: Sweet music...
