To Whom It May Concern

About Me

Nikatty is a self-recording/produced artist based in Bristol. He Works alone in his studio where he conjures up the finer points of electronica music. His primary instrument is drums. He spends the finer hours of the morning creating and developing raw grooves on which to bass his compositions around. When completed, Nikatty aims to arrange the remaining instruments around the rhythm. His ultimate aim is to produce music where you find yourself lost in a world of elevated ambience!Nikatty was created by Nick Atkins in his latter years at Derby University. It was a concept name used for a module that has remained firm ever since! After taking over a year out to complete a number of additional music based projects, Nikatty has now created a haven in Bristol in which to reside! With over 15years of musical training, Nikatty has found himself delving into an eclectic variation of groups ranging from orchestras, jazz/brass bands, and the usual rock/pop outfits. Nikatty decided to primarily concentrate his efforts into electronica music when he lost most (not all) faith in popular music Mass created crap for the masses! In doing so, he soon realised the infinitive potentials of recording and manipulation of any sound. Much more to get your head around! He hopes you enjoy this music; he certainly enjoyed writing it for you!I addition to such shenanigans... Nikatty is now operating a recording studio in the Kingswood area of Bristol, if you are interested in recording please visit www.audioshelter.co.uk if you fancy a gander.
