I'm interested in lots of different things. I love all things Baywatch (Don't Hassle the Hoff!), PEZ, Curious George (if anyone knows where I can get a plush Man with the Yellow Hat, please let me know), my little dog, writing, professional bull riding, baseball (I'm sorry, but if you're from Cincinnati and don't realize the signifigance of the numbers 14 and 4192, you should just get out of town), online shopping, aromatherapy, Jelly Belly's (I particurally like it when they come up on the Price is Right. Some people just have no clue about the going rate for jellybeans.)
Over the years, I have had a lot of career goals. My first ambition in life was to become one of Barker's Beauties. I have my, "It's a new car," face down to perfection. I still would be good at that, but with Bob leaving the show and all, I've really been thrown for a loop. What's going to happen? What's going to happen to out of work Playmates? What's going to happen to the pet population? How are grandparents going to bond with their grandkids? And most importantly, a shirt that says I came 3000 miles just to see Drew just does not make sense. It just doesn't work unless it says Bob. Many months later, I still haven't adapted, but have a new favorite type of episode; when Drew doesn't do something right and the fans and contestants feel the need to correct him. A little later in life I wanted to become Miss Elizabeth (you know, as in wrestling). I thought she was so pretty. Then, for a very long period of time, I wanted to be on Baywatch. That job was so mine. I practiced and worked at it. Even in my high school yearbook, everyone mentioned Baywatch. The Hoff stole my dream from me. It took me quite some time to get over that one. When I was forced to pick a new career goal, I decided on either UFC Octagon Girl, or Dog Clothes Designer. A professor at Xavier called me an idiot for thinking about Dog Clothes, but really, every dog I know wears clothes. Mine sure does. Some of them are better dressed than their parents.
Which brings me to another point. I really have to side with Oprah in the debate with Dr. Phil about wether or not dogs are people. He says they are canines, but she, like everyone else in the free world, knows that they are little people with fur. One of hers owns a building. Since I was discouraged from Canine Couture, that left Octagon Girl. I always have aimed high! LOL! Now I'm thinking about philosopher. If I could just find the Lost city of Atlantis, I'd go down in history as the only person who could actually interpret Plato. Which Victoria's Secret Angel are you?

Jefferson Davis (yes, I do realize he's been dead for many many years), the late Anna Nicole, Kelly Slater, Jon Bon Jovi, Pete Rose, and the one, the only, living legend Bob Barker. Odd combination, yes I know...

I have to go with an old favorite, Bon Jovi. "It's My Life" would have to be my theme song. I also like old school 80's stuff like GNR, Bon Jovi, Van Halen (Sorry David, I'm going with Sammy), KISS (don't quite know what decade to classify them as so I'll just throw them in here), Cindy Lauper, Poision (I currently think Bret Michaels is one of the sexiest men alive) Twisted Sister, basically all the big hair bands you would find on a rockin' to the 80's CD. And there is nothing better than 80's power ballads from the hair bands. And I'll just come right out and say it; New Kids On The Block. Y'all know you were Hangin' Tough right along with me. I'm not saying I like them now, but Carrie and I and my stuffed Hulkamania (I'm talking about the original 1985 version) teddy bear used to have the most fun with that video. Hooray! They are back! There is a God and he loves me. Now I like Bon Jovi, KISS (still),Marc Anthony, Green Day, some other stuff I can't think of right now. I will really listen to almost anything that is playing, except I don't like country that much, and for some oddly bizarre reason, I do not like Justin Timberlake. If anyone ever comes to my sight and finds one of his songs playing, please let me know immediately; I have obviously been hacked. Of course I'd love a Barnyard Band reunion tour as much as Bill would. The question is, can he pull it off? Plus, I will proudly admit that I still like Michael Jackson.
I like Tom Cruise's EARLIER work. When his movies were just movies, and you didn't have to watch them 17 times and then think about and analyze them for 6 hours before you even could fathom what they were about. Eyes Wide Shut was the beginning of the end. I thought he was beginning to redeem himself a bit, and I was starting to watch his movies when they were on TV (I couldn't bring myself to buy them), but I have since regained my mind and am back with disliking him. I like Keanu Reeves, because I met him in Myrtle Beach and he's cool (and hot). Patrick Swayze was good in his heyday (Dirty Dancing or Ghost, anyone?) and I'll just come right out and say it. I do not think there is another man alive that can pull off the ultra tight pants the way he can! Legally Blonde reminds me of myself, but my favorite of all is 8 Seconds, starring the great Luke Perry in a movie about the life and tragic death of world champion Bull Rider Lane Frost. Another one of my favorites is The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. I'm going to throw in a couple cult classics here like Sixteen Candles (thanks Kinder for the reminder), Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Dazed and Confused, and Ferris Buller's Day Off. Hard to believe I actually remember watching some of those at the theatre and they are now considered cult 'classics.' Or at least Netflix says so. And last but not least, we musn't forget An Officer and A Gentleman or Pretty Woman. Hmmm, both Richard Gere movies. Guess I like him. Doesn't the Dahli Lama live with him? Oddly enough, Richard Gere and Patrick Swayze both have 2 movies in the top ten all time favorite chick flicks.

I like to watch reruns of 80's and 90's sitcoms on Nick at Nite. I like to think I'm just as good as republican as Alex P. Keaton and Carlton Banks. Snaps to anyone who can do the Carlton Banks or has the Alex P. Keaton in '08 shirt, or the Donna Martin graduates T-shirt. It's really a shame that there are people out there who don't even know who Alex P. Keaton is. Aaauuugghhh.... Reganomics. I've been particurally happy since I learned of the new Beverly Hills 90210 spinoff. Hopefully Dylan Myckay will come back to me at last! I also love to watch old episodes of Dallas (and yes I do know who shot JR). I may tell you if you're really nice to me. I also particurally like The Girls Next Door. My favorite show of all time, however, would have to be Baywatch. It used to be my goal in life to grow up and be on that show. David Hasselhoff has robbed me of my dream! I love reality TV. I, of course, was a child star. I was on the Uncle Al show. I was one of the lucky ones. I cried so Wendy held me. For those of you who don't know, Uncle Al was kind of like the Regis and Kelly for the under 6 set. My favorite game show is the game show to end all game shows, The Price is Right starring none other than the great (please let me continue living in my dream world) Bob Barker! Where else on Earth can you dress in the most hideous outfit you can think of and still not be the looniest looking person in the room? And Plinko? Need I say more? Remember to help control the pet population; have your pet spayed or neutered.
I don't do alot of reading, just because it is usually hard for me to get into a book. But once I get into it, it's pretty fast reading. I mean really, "It was the best of times, it was the worst of times." What is that? How could anyone read that line and think, "Wow, this sounds like a good book?" Sorry Charles Dickens (and Madame Coomer). My favorite is a play rather than a book; Death of a Salesman. I think I was the only one in my class who actually understood that. I also loved Our Town, and The Crucible. The Metamorphasis was another one of my favorites. Good literature never goes out of style. Now on to some funner books. I liked The Devil Wears Prada, Bergdorf Blondes, and although I don't usually follow Oprah's book club, I did read The Poisionwood Bible, and loved it. A couple of other books I have read and enjoyed include Wild Ride, the Rise and Fall of Calumant Farms, which is about (obviously Calumant Farms) and the life and tragically suspicious death of the famous racehorse Aladyr, and King of the Cowboys by Ty Murray. Two others of my favs were the book about Princess Di by her butler, Paul Burrell, and Pete Rose's book.
my paternal grandparents, Dodo and Nunu (Pronounced Doe-Doe and New-New. Long story. Ask me if you must), and Wiley Peterson.
