Crossroads Christian Home(s) provides transitional housing for men, women, and families in San Pablo, Concord, and Oakland.
While there is a great necessity for emergency shelters, Crossroads is based on a model that is a continuum of care model. Our goal is to teach the life skills necessary for the people to successfully stay off the street.
Crossroads collaborates with existing government agencies and non profits to provide counseling, job training, and access to medical and mental health facilities.
The holistic approach deals with the underlying issues that create homelessness and is based on the notion that we should seek to prevent homelessness.
The goal and purpose of our program is to help "society-labeled" outcasts rebuild their broken lives.
By reuniting families and preparing each resident to re-enter society as a productive and responsible citizen.
We attempt to accomplish this by first giving each resident a better outlook on life.
Crossroads Residential Program provides food, shelter, and clothing, as well as spiritual comfort and biblical teaching to the needy.

We provide housing services for homeless individuals in San Pablo, Concord, and Oakland.

We can provide clothing or referrals to services that can provide clothing.
Our in house clients receive assistance with with applying for benefits, services, employment, job training, and learn basic life skills to assist them in these areas.
